Refund Policy

For patients

Refunds are only entertained for prepaid orders. Docdikhao is not liable to refund transport or other similar indirect costs if you are not satisfied with the healthcare provider.

If you apply for a refund for a prepaid order before appointment date, then your refund will be processed after appointment date.

In case, you place a refund request after appointment date, please note, our refund window lasts till 48 hours after appointment date for prepaid service bookings. If 48 hours have gone by since your appointment date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

In case of refunds, Docdikhao will hear both parties and investigate the matter. Docdikhao reserves the right to award or deny refunds.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-14 days from date of approval.

 

For doctors, physiotherapists & healthcare institutions

Our refund policy lasts 2 days for our annual premium packages for doctors, physiotherapists & healthcare institutions from date of payment. If you are not satisfied with your premium services during that time, do drop us a mail at support@docdikhao.com. If 2 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

Our refund policy lasts 15 days from date of payment for our pay on visit packages for healthcare institutions. If you are not satisfied with your premium services during that time, do drop us a mail at support@docdikhao.com. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

You are requested to note down the 6 digit Docdikhao Unique Code (DUC) from the patient’s SMS or email invoice against the Docdikhao booking number of the patient. Please ensure that the patient provides the correct DUC for the correct booking number. In case of refund disputes arising in prepaid orders, due to patient claiming that doctors, physiotherapists & healthcare institutions have denied them service due to absence or failure to show up, etc, Docdikhao will ask you to provide the DUC which the patient is supposed to show you at the time of appointment. Failing to provide us with DUC in case of dispute would lead Docdikhao to refund the patient’s money.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
